At Passé Dance Center, there is a non-refundable $15 (per family) fee is required at each yearly registration. This fee goes toward covering administrative costs incurred during each school year and to maintain our high standard of learning.
There is a two month minimum for all lessons. A one month notice must be given before discontinuing any class. The notice to withdraw from a class, must be submitted in person (by the parent/guardian); no phoned-in withdrawals will be accepted. No withdrawals will be accepted after March 1st. A signed withdrawal form is required to stop assessment of fees. No refunds will be given for costume fees after December 1st. Passé' Dance Center, LLC reserves the right to terminate lessons to any student without
prior notice. In such cases, a refund of unused lessons will be given
1. payment of fees
Tuition payments are based on a yearly 38 week class schedule and 1 dress rehearsal separated into 10 payments. Monthly payments can be made by check or cash only. Monthly payments are due on the 15th of every month (for the following month's classes). For example, payment for November's classes will be due on the 15th of October. Payments received after the 15th will be charged a $5 late fee; after the 22nd will be charged a $10 late fee. Returned check fees are $30. After 2 bounced checks , payments must be received in cash.
3. Costume fees:
A costume deposit of $20 will be assessed with November's class payment. This policy is per student, per class. Once the costumes are ready to be ordered, the balance must be paid in full on or before January 15th.
